Scope
Client is a global player and required lease abstracts in all languages across the Globe.
Challenge
In order to facilitate abstraction – translation was required; but there wasn\’t a budget for audit. Informed to go with machine translation – however, now hit with the requirement of English copies for internal review.
Solution
Proof-reading of translated content was retained to standard sections required for abstraction and provided as complimentary for the allocation of 2nd phase of abstraction work.
Results
Only 30% of the machine translated content was used for abstraction – so, channelized a force to proof-read those vital sections and thereby facilitate the Client\’s internal review mechanism. So, abstraction, translation, smooth internal review for Client resulted in winning the 2nd phase of abstraction work.
