Scope

To on-board new Clients in the SaaS platform on timely basis irrespective of the portfolio size.

Challenge

Have to take care of the marketing bandwagon and invest not only in upgrades but also in ongoing maintenance. Without knowing the volume and accounting for lull months, unable to maintain a separate team.

Solution

We will have 10 trained resources – based on daily requirement either 1 or all 10 will be put to action to ensure the agreed 3 day turn-around time. Due to the competency spread – attrition is taken care and allows time for organic growth.

Results

It was evident that business is very fluctuating, sometimes same number of new Clients result in 4X the volume of data – however, turn-around time has never exceeded more than 2 days. Data cleansing has been a value-add.
