Scope
Wanted to have a foot-print with the Landlords and substantiate about over charged without impacting the relation.
Challenge
It is a herculean task and if there is no finding it will result in huge expenses.
Solution
We spent a month in regular calls & meetings to set out a streamlined process – thereby a standard communication set was ready. All the \’what-ifs\’ were covered in a prudent manner.
Results
Mostly the leases called for Landlord to bear the Auditor expenses if finding is more than 3% and every Landlord has used the grey-area in lease to bill few expenses which helped to reach the threshold – so, expenses was nullified.
When 3 years are audited – productivity increased and there is obviously 1 big miss – worth a finding, made Landlords to be extra cautious with this Tenant.
